The groups themselves can be picky, which means getting accepted is a good sign in terms of social status. This website is transferring the contact-intensive nature of industries like real estate to other industries. This may trigger a shift in the skills required for success, but fundamentally LinkedIn is for the betterment of everyone who uses it.
