Lock My Pc : A lazy worker but an intelligent system

What's Lock My Pc ?
Lock My Pc is a simple application that looks completly the computer (Windows) the user will have only some program to run defined by the administrator
Why ?
In some companies (Small companies that don't use servers) workers can use other programs (Games, Music, Video, Internet...)
How to restrict Access ?
with a simple password the boss can lock the computer !
What will happen ?
The worker will find only our program window and all windows desktop, menu tools bar.... will dissappear !
In the window the worker will select to run the programs that the administrators sets.
And this run when you open windows (That sure)
